We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Services Supervisor to join our team at Oakey Beef Exports to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of maintenance and engineering services.

This includes actively assisting in the planning and execution of engineering projects or major R & M / Capital Projects. Prompt response to service requests is essential to maintain operational continuity. Additionally, the supervisor actively participates in implementing all Oakey policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safe work legislative responsibilities. Effective communication with key stakeholders such as the Maintenance Manager, Engineer, and General Manager will be important for smooth operations and successful project execution.

What skills are we looking for?

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in maintenance, projects, and people management
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage service schedules and supplier relationships

What experience are we looking for?

• Relevant trade certificate (Boiler & Fitter)
• Five years of maintenance experience in the red meat industry
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and WH&S
• Three years of experience in refrigeration
• Advanced boiler ticket
