We are proud to announce our very own Intercollegiate Meat Judging (ICMJ) team for 2025! This talented group of red meat industry enthusiasts will represent NH Foods at the Rockhampton Northern Conference this week, where they’ll refine their skills in carcase evaluation, meat science, and supply chain knowledge.

As part of our commitment to fostering the next generation of industry leaders, NH Foods is proud to be the naming rights partner for the conference’s Friday night dinner. Held at the iconic Great Western Hotel, the evening will showcase the best of our Nature’s Fresh Natural Beef, with a specially designed menu by our brand partner, Chef Jason Roberts. Guests will enjoy Braised Nature’s Fresh Oxtail with Casarecce, Crème Fraiche, Rocket, and Toasted Breadcrumbs to start, followed by a Honey and Soy Braised Nature’s Fresh Short Rib with Pickled Cucumber and Burnt Cabbage.

We’re excited to continue supporting this fantastic event and can’t wait to see our team in action.
