Kickstart your career in the beef industry with the Whyalla Beef Graduate Program. Based at the Whyalla Beef feedlot on the NSW-QLD border, the 24-month program provides hands-on experience across all feedlot operations and is designed for graduates looking to build a career in agriculture, agribusiness, animal science and the wider beef industry.

  • Ration Allocation, Delivery and Commodity Management
  • Livestock Procurement and Backgrounding
  • Animal Health and Husbandry
  • Maintenance of Plant and Equipment
  • Project, Performance and People Management

What experience are we looking for?

We’re looking for recent graduates or final-year students studying:

  • Agriculture
  • Animal Science
  • Agribusiness
  • Business
  • Veterinary Technology
  • A related discipline

With:

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to work
  • Willingness to live and work in Regional Queensland (on-site accommodation available)
