• A professional and positive attitude with good work ethics.
• Experience within the meat processing industry.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout all processes
• The ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
• High attendance rate is required
• Strong knife-handling skills and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene requirements will be an added advantage
• Pass a Pre-employment medical check, including drug & alcohol test.
• Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination.
• Own car and current drivers’ licence as no public transport available
