The Anuga trade fair in Cologne, Germany, is one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade shows. Our team recently attended the five-day event, joining thousands of exhibitors and visitors from all over the globe, to discuss trends, markets, and opportunities in the international protein trade.
This year’s trade show coincided with positive industry developments, including discussions around the possible relaxation of UK and EU import requirements for Australian beef. This move could open new opportunities for exporters in markets facing tight beef supplies.

Throughout the event, our booth on the Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) stand attracted strong interest from importers worldwide, many stopping to engage with our team and learn more about our beef brands, Glenyarra Pastures, Nature’s Fresh Natural Beef, and OMUGI Grainfed Beef.
With global beef supplies remaining tight, Anuga 2025 provided an important platform to strengthen relationships and explore growth opportunities in key international markets.
