First Aid Officer

Oakey Beef Exports is one Australia’s largest beef processing plants with more than 1000 staff on-site across production and support. Reporting directly to the Return to Work & Rehabilitation Coordinator, your role will be to:
- Provide first-response treatments to a diverse range of injuries and illnesses;
- Complete reports, record keeping and investigations of workplace injuries and accidents;
- Conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol and audiometric testing (training provided);
- Support on-site Doctors with Q-Fever immunisations and Q-Fever screening processes;
- Coordinate and support weekly physiotherapy soft tissue treatments;
- Contribute to the maintenance of all on-site First Aid Kits and medical supplies on site; and
- Collaborate with supervisors, WHS and HR to deliver a safe, cohesive First Aid service.
This position is a Full-Time role based within our First Aid Office, working Monday – Friday in Oakey, QLD.
Warehouse Storeperson

NH Foods Group has a large Australian base with global reach, we are leading the way with the production of our premium and iconic beef brands. We operate our head office in North Sydney, along with three beef processing facilities, positioned in prime cattle regions on the east coast of Australia. We also own and operate Whyalla Beef, one of Australia’s largest, state-of-the-art feedlots located in Southern Queensland.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced Warehouse Storeperson to support our fast-paced distribution center in Strathfield South. Alongside the warehouse team you will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities such as picking, packing and receiving/dispatch of goods to the warehouse and a sound understanding of WHS guidelines.
Coldstore Dispatch Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced dispatch supervisor with an eye for quality, and a customer service ethos.
Our facility supports Frozen and Chilled distribution into refrigerated containers and trucks. Our automated systems are great, but it requires leadership and direction to ensure the right carton/pallet ends up in the right destination.
Rostered hours are 04:00 to approximately 13:30. Occasional afternoon or night shift for leave coverage or extreme rostering problems.

Logistics Traineeship

We are currently seeking a motivated logistics trainee for our expansive loadout department at our Oakey plant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Co-ordination of containers to docks for loading.
- Co-ordination of pallets from providers.
- Control and management of cheap pallet stocks.
- Liaise and coordinate with transport drivers regarding loading docks and product loaded.
- Data entry of daily dispatch and receivable goods.
- Be able to identify product codes.
- Constant communication with department supervisor.
- Co-ordinate orders for delivery ensuring efficiency.
- Co-ordinate with management of any day-to-day issues.
- Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
Whyalla Beef Graduate Program – Expressions of Interest

The 24-month program is tailored to suit individual interests. You will engage in management and leadership workshops, industry run courses & complete a self-elected project. Successful candidates who participate in this program will ascertain the skills required to become a future leader in the beef industry and develop a holistic understanding of feedlotting.
