This R U OK? Day, teams across the NH Foods Group came together to connect and support one another through meaningful conversations. From our feedlot to processing plants and domestic sales teams, our people took the time to check in and ask, “Are you OK?”, a small question with the power to make a big difference.
At our head office in North Sydney, we were joined by our brand partner, Chef Jason Roberts, to bring some fun and teamwork into the day. Teams worked together to bring the BBQ to life, serving up Manning Valley Naturally tacos alongside R U OK? cupcakes. Goodie bags filled with practical tools and tips helped ensure the conversation doesn’t stop when the day ends.
Across the Group, whether it was a team BBQ, themed cupcakes, or open discussions, the focus was on creating safe spaces for people to talk, listen, and support one another. R U OK? Day is a reminder that meaningful connections don’t need perfect conditions, they just need someone willing to ask and someone willing to listen.
