After nearly 30 years, the World Angus Forum returned to Australia, and what a homecoming it’s been!
The 2025 Neogen World Angus Forum kicked off in Darling Harbour, Sydney before heading to Tamworth over the weekend, where the two-day Zoetis AngusEXPO was hosted at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre (AELEC). Almost 4,000 guests from around the world came through the gates to see one of the largest displays of Angus cattle in the Southern Hemisphere, youth competitions, educational panels, and of course, some outstanding Australian beef.
Angus Reserve Black Angus Beef was proudly front and centre, with our team and brand partner Chef Jason Roberts serving up nearly 1,500 portions to visitors. On the menu:

Next stop was Brisbane, where the fun continued with two days of forum sessions centred on “Beef for a Better Planet,” addressing topics such as sustainable beef production, advanced genetics, and innovation in the industry. After that, it’s off to Outback Queensland for the post-forum tour through Longreach, Barcaldine, Emerald, and Roma.
