We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join the team at our Oakey processing plant.

You should possess the ability to produce quality outcomes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities Include?

• Participate in day-to-day tasks and Employee Relations issues.
• Support end to end recruitment activities.
• Support compliance and procedural auditors.
• Support line management with performance and attendance management advice.
• Participate in projects – we are close to launching our new HRIS Dayforce.
• Conduct effective workplace disciplinary investigations.
• Maintain employee’s electronic records and data base within Dayforce.
• Compile reports and data for management.
• Ensure HR Records are accurate – and update in timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times.
