Airing on Network Ten, Season 18 will feature our Australia’s Premium Beef Range brands Oakey Black, Glenyarra Pastures and OMUGI.
The much-loved lineup of good and bad chefs returns, with Mike Reid, Dr Joanna McMillan, Jacqueline Alwill and Tim Bone guiding viewers through eight practical, approachable, and delicious beef recipes. Viewers will also be treated to a special guest appearance by our brand partner chef Jason Roberts.








The recipes are designed to help time-poor households, with simple, set-and-forget meals that are nutritious, affordable and easy to prepare. This season, we’re giving the spotlight to cuts that can sometimes feel tricky, including tri tip, flank and bolar blade, perfect for winter-friendly cooking.
