Our team recently attended the Talk & Taste activation at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
As previous medal winners at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, our brands Angus Reserve Black Angus Beef and Manning Valley Naturally Grassfed Beef were invited to showcase our products, serving guests over multiple tasting sessions throughout the day. On the menu was Angus Reserve Beef Cheek Bao Buns and Manning Valley Naturally Cube Roll with Salsa Verde.

The day was a huge success, with each session coming close to or exceeding capacity.
We were fortunate enough to be joined by some celebrated industry voices during the day, including President’s Medal Judge and former ABC Radio presenter, Simon Marnie, Chair of Judges of the Sydney Royal Wine Show, Mike De Iuliis, and General Manager, Agriculture & Sydney Royal Easter Show, Murray Wilton.

We also had a great moment on air with 2GB Sydney’s Mark Levy and country music legend Lee Kernaghan, where they sampled some Manning Valley Naturally Cube Roll, saying it was “the best steak [they’ve] ever had”.
The day also coincided with Thank a Farmer Day at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, a fitting message for our sessions. As Chef Jason Roberts highlighted across the sessions, none of what we do would be possible without the hard work and dedication of the farmers in our supply chain.
Overall, it was a fantastic day showcasing our brands, connecting with guests, and celebrating the people behind great Australian beef.
