What is the opportunity? 

We are seeking a Documentation Officer to join our Documentation and Shipping Team in our North Sydney Office. This opportunity is an entry level role and will suit an applicant with administration experience looking for a new challenge. We will train you!

The role is responsible for the preparation of export documents for the NH Foods shipping department.  You will be required to liaise with external shipping companies and government departments across several countries that NH Foods export to.

Based on site in the national office in North Sydney, a bustling business district across the harbour from the Sydney CBD.

• Filing and archiving

• Competency in the use of technology with a focus on MS Office

• Capability in the preparation of accurate documentation
