What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experience Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Oakey Beef Exports. The successful applicant will assist the Maintenance Manager in providing leadership and control over engineering and maintenance activities across the site. Your role is pivotal in ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks, prioritizing site requirements, and offering operational leadership to the Maintenance Department.

What skills are we looking for?

• Confident computer skills, including proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Software/System (CMMS)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive work ethic
• Self-motivated with the capability to work unsupervised.

What experience are we looking for?

• Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Electro-technology, Certificate IV in Instrumentation and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
• Maintenance management experience with a background in trade or food processing
• Sound Mechanical and Electrical knowledge with a focus on safety awareness
• Knowledge of relevant WHS acts, codes of practise and regulations
