What is the opportunity?

Whyalla Beef located in Texas, is looking to fill a number of roles for our upcoming feedlot expansion. As a Livestock Team Member, you will be responsible for daily livestock handling including stock movements, diagnosis of animal health symptoms, maintain accurate records of animal treatments and contributing to other areas of the team. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Inducting, drafting and dispatching cattle
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ensure cattle are handled using low stress livestock handling principles
• Ensure all livestock operations are performed safely and in accordance with company workplace health and safety requirements, policy, procedure, compliance, and regulatory requirements
