About the program >

The 24-month program is tailored to suit individual interests. You will engage in management and leadership workshops, industry run courses & complete a self-elected project.

Successful candidates who participate in this program will ascertain the skills required to become a future leader in the beef industry and develop a holistic understanding of feedlotting.

Rotations within the program include:

  • Business Safety & Quality Assurance
  • Ration Allocation, Delivery & Commodity Management
  • Breeding, Backgrounding and Procurement of Livestock
  • Livestock Health, Husbandry and Management Practices
  • Maintenance of Plant and Equipment
  • Project, Performance and People Management
